Our engineered oak flooring is more than suitable for underfloor heating systems. All our engineered wood floors are structured using multi-laminate hard wood ply. Each layer of plywood is stuck in opposing directions to one another giving the floor a huge amount of stability and the glues that are used within the ply are to the highest of standard. In fact, and you may have read this already on our site, we have even boiled a piece of our flooring in boiling water for 30 minutes and yet still it stayed in tact. We are completely confident in the stability of our floors and advise anyone who is to be laying wooden flooring onto a heated floor that they use a high quality engineered products such as the flooring we supply. for more information, please visit our latest faqs on underfloor heating and engineered wood flooring www.jfjwoodflooring.co.uk/faq/under-floor-heating where you can see more information relating to the stability of the floorboards with underfloor heating.
